Pictures, logos and PDF attachments. Proposal text is tiny and practically does not count. You can always see how much you use.

New pictures and attachments are paused until you upgrade or free up space. Everything you already have stays available and can be exported.

Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Yes. Your proposals, prices, client details, documents and pictures are encrypted with AES-256 in your browser before they are saved, so the database and its backups hold only unreadable text. Connections use HTTPS, access is checked on the server for every request, website enquiries are sealed so only your Admins can read them, backups are password-protected, and the app was reviewed against the OWASP Top 10.
