Proposal ownership & intellectual property policy
Who owns what in the proposals you make with Prastavone.
Last updated 04 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-03
1. You own your proposals and data
- Everything you add — proposal text, prices, client and contact details, product lists, your logo, pictures and documents — belongs to you (your organisation).
- We do not claim ownership of it, do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
- We use it only to run the Service for you, as set out in the Terms of service.
2. We own the software and designs
Prastavone’s software, themes, cover and page designs, layouts, templates, icons, sample and ready-made text, and this website are the property of Kinjal Jay Joshi (operating as Bildara) and are protected by copyright, trade mark and design law.
3. Using our designs in your proposals
- You may send, print, publish and keep the proposals you create — including the theme and layout inside each document — for your business, also after your subscription ends.
- Ready-made content blocks and sample text may be used and changed freely inside your proposals.
- You may not copy, extract or resell the themes, designs, templates or ready-made text on their own, or use them to build a competing product or template collection.
4. Your clients
Your clients may read, download, print and keep the proposals you send them, including through a Proposal Room link, and may accept them online. The acceptance certificate records who accepted which version and when.
5. Your team
Proposals belong to the company, not to the individual member who wrote them. When a member leaves, the company keeps their proposals; an Admin can hand their work to someone else.
6. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
7. Third-party content
You must have the right to use any logos, pictures, documents or text you add. If someone believes content in the Service infringes their rights, they can tell our Grievance Officer.
