Subscription & pricing policy

1. Plans at a glance

Prices in Indian Rupees. GST extra where applicable. The pricing page and the checkout screen show the current prices, including add-ons.

2. Free trial

• Free for 30 days from the day you start it, once per person. No payment or card is needed.
• Your trial work (proposals, customers, products, content library and settings) is saved only in your browser on that computer. Nothing of it is stored online; only the trial start date and your acceptance of these terms are recorded.
• During the trial you can create, edit, save and export proposals. After 30 days the trial becomes read-only: you can open what you made, but not create, edit or export.
• Clearing your browser data, or using another browser or computer, does not move the trial work and cannot restart the trial.
• Team features, the Proposal Room, approvals and online storage need a paid plan. When you choose a plan you can move your trial work into your company.

3. Starter and Business

• Starter includes 1 company, 3 users and 100 MB of storage.
• Business includes 2 companies, 10 users and 500 MB of storage, plus approvals, roles and the security log.
• Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year (two months free on yearly), plus GST.

4. Enterprise

Companies, users, storage, features, prices, support and terms as agreed in a signed agreement. Where the agreement differs from this policy, the agreement applies.

5. Companies, users and storage

• Companies: each company is separate, with its own team, proposals and customers. Additional companies cost ₹599/month or ₹5,990/year each and use the same plan tier.
• Users are counted once across all the companies of an account: a person in two companies counts once. Open invitations count too. Additional users cost ₹199/month or ₹1,990/year each.
• Storage belongs to the plan and is shared by all the account’s companies (100 MB on Starter, 500 MB on Business); each company’s data stays separate. Pictures, logos and attachments use storage; proposal text hardly counts.
• Add-ons are bought, renewed and cancelled one by one, and are always on the same billing account.

6. Payment, GST and invoices

Payments are made online through a secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the rate in force. A GST invoice is available for every payment.

7. Renewal, reminders and grace period

• Plans and add-ons do not renew automatically: an Admin renews them by paying in the app.
• We remind the Admins 7 days and 1 day before the end of each paid period.
• An unpaid renewal starts a 7-day grace period with full access. After that, the affected companies, or the additional company or users, become read-only. Nothing is deleted; paying restores access at once.

8. Upgrades, downgrades and cancelling

• Upgrades start as soon as they are paid; the unused value of your current paid period is credited against the new plan.
• Downgrades: if the new plan includes fewer companies or users, you choose which company stays included. The others keep working for 7 days and then become read-only unless you add them as additional companies or users. Nothing is deleted.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan keeps working until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & cancellation policy.

9. Price changes

• We may change prices for new purchases at any time; the pricing page and the checkout always show the current price.
• Renewals of a plan or add-on you already have keep the price you bought it at. If we ever need to change your renewal price, we tell the Admins at least 30 days before it applies, and you may cancel before then.
• Offers and Prastav Pass discounts apply only as stated in the offer.

10. Fair use

Plans are for your organisation’s own business proposals and must be used in line with the Acceptable use policy. Accounts may not be shared between organisations or resold.
