1. Service providers that handle personal data for us
| Type of provider | What for | Data involved | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloud hosting and database provider | Hosting the app and website, the database and sign-in | Account details; company data (encrypted); logs | Data stored in India; sign-in and network services may run in other countries |
| Payment gateway (PCI DSS-compliant) | Online payments | Name, e-mail and payment details (handled by the gateway, not by us) | India |
| E-mail service provider | Sending and receiving service, billing and support e-mails | Name, e-mail address, message content | India and other countries |
Every provider is bound by its own security and privacy commitments and processes data only to provide its service to us. Enterprise customers can ask for the named list under a confidentiality agreement.
2. Other services the app loads
To show fonts and to read PDF files you import, the app loads standard files from well-known content-delivery networks. They receive only technical details such as your IP address and browser — never your company data, and the PDFs you import stay in your browser.
3. Services you choose to open
When you choose to share on WhatsApp or to e-mail a client with Gmail or Outlook, the app opens that service with a ready-written message. What you send there is handled by that service under its own terms; we are not involved.
4. Changes to this list
We update this page before we start using a new sub-processor for personal data. Enterprise customers with a signed agreement are told in advance as agreed.
