Free trial policy

1. Who can start a trial

• Anyone signing in with a Google account (Gmail or Google Workspace) who uses the Service for business purposes and has accepted our terms.
• One trial per person. The trial is tied to your Google account; signing out, clearing your browser or using another browser does not start a new one.
• Creating accounts only to get more trials is not allowed; we may refuse or end such trials.

2. How long it lasts

30 days from the moment you start it. The start date is recorded by our server, so it cannot be changed. The app shows how many days are left.

3. Where your trial work is stored

Only in your browser, on the computer you used. Proposals, customers, products, content blocks and settings stay in your browser’s storage, kept separately for each Google account. Nothing of your trial work is sent to or stored on our servers. Online we keep only your e-mail address, the trial start date and your acceptance of our terms.

• Your trial work is not available on another computer or browser.
• If you clear your browser’s site data, or the browser deletes it, the trial work is lost for good. We cannot recover it, because we never had a copy.
• Anyone who uses that browser profile with your Google account can see the trial work.

4. What you can do during the trial

• Create, edit and save proposals; use the themes, covers, products, customers and content library.
• Export proposals as PDF or Word and download a backup.
• Team features, approvals, the Proposal Room (online client links) and online storage need a paid plan.

5. When the trial ends

After 30 days the trial becomes read-only. You can still open the trial in the same browser and look at what you made, but you cannot create, edit, save or export anything — including PDF and Word — until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically when a trial ends.

6. Moving to a paid plan

Choose Starter or Business from the trial. Your company is created online; once the plan is active, the app offers to move your trial work into the company in one step (proposals, customers, products, content library and settings), from the same browser. After that your work is stored online and available to your team.

7. Data we keep about the trial

Your e-mail address, the trial start date and your acceptance of the terms, for as long as needed to prevent repeat trials and to prove consent — up to 3 years after the trial ends. See the Privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may change or end the Free trial offer for new trials. A trial you have already started keeps its full length.
