Account suspension & termination policy
When access to Prastavone can be limited or ended, and what happens to your data.

1. Read-only is not suspension
When a plan or add-on is not paid, the affected companies become read-only after a 7-day grace period. This is not a penalty: you can still sign in, read and export, and paying restores full access at once.
2. When we may suspend
- A serious or repeated breach of the Terms of service or the Acceptable use policy (for example fraud, spam, unlawful content or attacks on the Service).
- A fraudulent or reversed payment.
- A security risk to the Service, to us or to other customers, such as a compromised account.
- When a law, court or government authority requires it.
3. How suspension works
- Where it is reasonable and lawful, we tell the Admins first, explain the reason and give a fair chance to fix the problem.
- For urgent security or legal reasons we may act first and explain straight after.
- Suspension can be partial — for example closing Proposal Room links, or making a company read-only — and is limited to what is needed.
- Data is not deleted during a suspension. Access is restored as soon as the reason is resolved.
4. Termination by you
- You can stop using the Service at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal.
- An Admin can ask us to close the account and delete its data — see the Data retention & deletion policy.
5. Termination by us
- For a serious breach: with immediate effect.
- For any other reason: with at least 30 days’ notice, and we refund the unused part of any prepaid fees.
- In both cases we keep the company read-only for at least 30 days so that you can export your data — unless the law, or content that is clearly unlawful, prevents it.
6. Disagreeing with a decision
Write to our Grievance Officer. A suspension or termination decision is reviewed personally and answered within 15 days.
